Abstract

RESUME : Les structures de l'Economie Sociale et Solidaire jouent un rôle majeur et innovant dans le développement socio-économique, d'une manière intégrée au territoire et en accord avec les nouvelles préoccupations planétaires de durabilité. En France, la filière de retraitement des déchets textiles en offre un exemple, comme l'illustre le cas particulier de l'association « Le Tri d'Emma », qui a été créée dans le Roannais en 2010 par Emmaüs-France autour d'un projet de développement durable. De telles initiatives solidaires et citoyennes ouvrent la voie à un nouveau cadre théorique alternatif au néolibéralisme : le « délibéralisme ».
