Abstract

La croissance du fitness s'inscrit dans un contexte d'essor du marché du bien-être. Défini comme une technique d'entretien de soi, le fitness répond à des stratégies commerciales évolutives qui s'inscrivent dans un marché marqué par certaines spécificités de profils et motivations du consommateur, et par conséquent des formes de pratique.L'essentiel : - Le marché du fitness est marqué par une clientèle qui se féminise et portant de plus en plus attention, hommes et femmes confondus, à ses rapports au corps. - Ces évolutions sociales majeures et un contexte économique difficile obligent les managers de salles à adapter constamment leur offre.
