Économie politique des accords d'Oslo

Abstract

Du point de vue de l'économie politique, les accords d'Oslo sont basés sur la soi-disant théorie de la "paix économique", qui est un constituant du néolibéralisme. Cette théorie stipule qu'en créant de l'interdépendance économique entre les acteurs d'un conflit, la guerre devient coûteuse et par conséquent la tendance des acteurs à entrer en guerre serait réduite. L'implication au niveau de la politique économique de cet argument est la suivante : libéralisez vos économies, vous récolterez la "paix". En effet, le mot interdépendance décrit une relation entre acteurs, mais ne dit rien sur la nature de leur interaction. Par exemple, la dépendance d'un acteur sur l'autre est aussi une forme d'interdépendance. En conséquence cet article vise à analyser certains éléments du cadre socio-économique du Processus de paix palestino-israélien en tant qu'instruments ayant des fins politiques et géopolitiques.
