Abstract

En réponse à la récente critique de leurs travaux par Robert C. Ellickson et David Le Bris, Loïc Bonneval et François Robert défendent leur méthode et leurs résultats. Selon eux, non seulement l'idée des effets pervers du contrôle des loyers est à nuancer, mais les incidences négatives de l'absence de régulation du marché de la location privée, qui caractérise la situation actuelle, doivent aussi être soulignées.
