Abstract

Entre nouvelles attentes des consommateurs et concurrence accrue dans le secteur du e-commerce, rendre les sites plus humains n'est plus un simple facteur différenciant mais devient un impératif. Bien que le concept d'atmosphère des sites marchands ait intégré une dimension sociale, le récent concept d'hospitalité virtuelle rend mieux compte de cette dimension. Cette contribution compare les deux concepts et en souligne les points communs ainsi que les divergences. L'intérêt de ce concept nous semble se situer dans ces dernières.
