Abstract

Kenichi Ohmae peut être considéré comme un observateur privilégié de la réalité économique et géopolitique. Dans le cadre de ses travaux, il formalise un savoir empirique acquis grâce à son expérience de praticien et de consultant dans le but d'enrichir la réflexion stratégique. Il s'intéresse aux fondements et à la pratique du management stratégique. Adoptant une vision prospective, il s'interroge également sur le devenir possible de l'environnement international des entreprises. L'objectif de ce chapitre est de présenter les travaux réalisés par l'auteur et d'évaluer leur impact sur le champ du management stratégique.
