Abstract

Ce chapitre porte sur la démarche d'exportation d'une PME dans l'agro-alimentaire. Quatre facteurs clés de succès sont identifiés : (1) la stratégie de différenciation qui est fondée sur les effets positifs associés à l'image du « Made in », (2) l'établissement de relations durables avec des importateurs-distributeurs, (3) la flexibilité qui facilite l'adaptation aux exigences concernant la réglementation et les habitudes de consommation et (4) l'expérience acquise en matière d'exportation qui permet de surmonter les barrières à l'entrée sur les marchés étrangers.
