Abstract

[...] Le concept de destination touristique traduit à la fois, une territoire promu et un territoire vécu, reconnu. L'espace transfrontalier permet dans certains cas de proposer une destination cohérente. Pourtant l'espace transfrontalier est par définition flou et complexe. Aussi dans ce chapitre nous nous proposons d'analyser comment s'opère un partage des compétences de promotion du tourisme au sein d'une destination touristique transfrontalière. Une analyse du cas de l'espace transfrontalier de l'arc Lémanique entre la France et la Suisse est proposée par une lecture des limites administratives qui créent des opportunités de collaboration ou au contraire une menace de renfermement [...]
