Abstract

En el presente artículo de conferencia proponemos algunos apuntes conceptuales y metodológicos en torno a las nociones de espacio geográfico, territorio y gobernanza. La primera parte consiste en la descripción y las relaciones de estos conceptos. Luego presentamos una actualización de las características sobre la gobernanza territorial a partir de una revisión bibliográfica basada en revistas científicas de países hispanoparlantes. Finalizamos este artículo con una recomendación de pasos metodológicos para realizar estudios que aborden la gobernanza territorial, tema que merece la atención de académicos y profesionales de las ciencias sociales en el siglo XXI.
