Le mentoring : entre développement de carrière et réflexivité individuelle. Cas des mentees

Abstract

Malgré une large littérature en matière de mentoring, les écrits sur le sujet omettent de considérer son rôle dans le développement du capital de carrière (les knowings). Reposant sur une Analyse Phénoménologique Interprétative API, notre recherche questionne le vécu de l'expérience mentorale des cadres d'une grande entreprise publique. Supportée par des éclairages empiriques, notre analyse fait émerger deux formes de réflexivité développées par les mentees : une auto-réflexivité stimulant le développement du knowing-why du capital de carrière et une réflexivité critique répondant au knowing-how, knowing-whom, knowing-what, knowing-when et le knwoing-where du capital de carrière.
