Abstract

The communication of decentralized administrations is recent. A conference of the professional association Public Communication aims to evoke it. To what extent does such an event aim to legitimize this communication to show it as a sign of efficiency, and to increase its field of intervention? This undefined communication, shown through different models, is presented as useful to the elect.
