Abstract

L'expression du conflit au travail peut prendre plusieurs formes ayant pour objectif la manifestation d'un désaccord par les salariés. Cependant, on oublie souvent que le comportement du salarié constitue, en lui­même, l'expression de son adhésion ou de sa désapprobation. L'apparition des symptômes du syndrome du survivant au sein d'une organisation peut s'interpréter comme la volonté manifeste des salariés restants de refuser le changement organisationnel. Une recherche menée auprès de salariés d'un groupe de presse racheté par un groupe industriel français a permis de mettre en lumière non pas une mais plusieurs logiques de survivance. Ces logiques de survivance traduisent, au travers du comportement des salariés, les relations conflictuelles existantes entre l'organisation et ses salariés.
