Abstract

Le marché des drones connaît de nos jours une croissance exponentielle. C'est un marché international en pleine émergence en France : 377 000 drones civils ont été vendus en 2016. Il est caractérisé par une baisse des prix des engins mais aussi d'un cadre législatif assez souvent contraignant. Parrot propose certes des objets et solutions connectés, mais se présente comme le spécialiste du drone français dans un univers très compétitif où les start-ups sont nombreuses et les groupes très concurrentiels. Comment l'entreprise Parrot peut-elle consolider sa position concurrentielle sur le marché des drones et rester compétitive ?
