Abstract

Multinationales ou PME, high-tech ou familiales, dans l'industrie ou les services, à l'heure de la mondialisation et de l'hyper-compétition, toutes les entreprises se posent une seule et même question : comment innover, mieux, plus vite, moins cher ? Composé de 31 chapitres, le présent ouvrage revient sur les principaux auteurs en management de l'innovation, leurs théories, préceptes et implications concrètes pour répondre aux besoins d'innovation des entreprises et de nos sociétés contemporaines. Le management de l'innovation et de la créativité est à la fois un élément central de la théorie et de la pratique du management, tout en étant à part. Parce que ce champ tire sa force d'autres disciplines académiques et des fonctions connexes de l'entreprise, ce volume des grands auteurs en innovation et créativité couvre une grande variété d'auteurs et de thématiques. Il aborde les thèmes majeurs de l'innovation d'aujourd'hui comme l'innovation ouverte, l'innovation de rupture ou le management des communautés, sans pour autant négliger les avancées les plus récentes en matière de conception et de gestion de la créativité, ni oublier les raisonnements économiques éprouvés sur la question.
