Abstract

L'économie de la qualité permet de montrer pourquoi "s'engager dans la RSE est rentable" est une affirmation trompeuse, et quelles conditions doivent être remplies pour des sociétés soumises aux contraintes de marché – ce qui détermine aussi la portée et les limites de la RSE pour la réalisation d'un développement durable. Entre "tout-marché" et "tout-État", se dessine alors une forme d'action collective politiquement plus légitime et économiquement plus tenable.
