Abstract

Reconnaître les diverses "parties prenantes" est un enjeu reconnu du développement durable. Mais négocier dans des délais serrés pousse à reproduire des clivages antérieurs, tandis que la méthode par consensus pousse à éviter les "questions qui fâchent". De l'intérêt de mieux connaître l'état des savoirs scientifiques sur les controverses et de croiser les éclairages disciplinaires : l'entreprise ne se réduit pas à une organisation économique, à une chaîne de valeur ni à une personne morale.
