Abstract

La dégradation de la situation environnementale sur le territoire national conduit les autorités chinoises à réorganiser l'articulation de leurs préférences nationales. Développement et environnement sont désormais pensés conjointement, ce qui entraîne une évolution du positionnement de la Chine dans les négociations internationales sur le climat. Depuis la fin des années 2000, ce pays exerce un leadership pour en infléchir le contenu. Dans le même temps, l'évolution de la spécialisation chinoise en faveur du développement durable peut être lue comme un renforcement de sa capacité hégémonique.
