Abstract

Recognized as a means of competitiveness in Europe, ICT for education are conducive to managerial modernization and the convergence of macro- and micro-social organizational issues for the professional development of teachers. The business model gradually integrates higher education organizations. The devices (technical, organizational) are management tools, ie management of men and coordination. The C2i Level 2 "teacher" device illustrates this. The development of their professional uses is linked to occupational identities and changes in work organization. This questions the technological and managerial stakes in terms of a paradoxical injunction. However, these changes must be assumed by individuals and nowadays by the authorized universities
