Abstract

En 2015, Keolis s'est associé au cabinet Netexplo pour réaliser une grande enquête visant à mettre en lumière la place et l'impact du digital sur la mobilité des français. Dans la première partie de cet article, les enjeux, la méthode et les résultats marquants de cette grande enquête sont analysés. La seconde partie montre, à partir d'une interview du directeur de la prospective de la filiale du groupe SNCF, quels sont les enseignements d'une telle étude pour l'opérateur de transport et quels sont les impacts sur le secteur des transports et de la mobilité au sens large.
