Abstract

Cet ouvrage dense et très structuré, à la fois ouvrage de base et outil de révision, est consacré à l'étude : . des cadres généraux du droit constitutionnel ; . de la Constitution de la Ve République ; . des droits et libertés fondamentaux. Il présente de manière claire et « systématique », notamment à l'aide de nombreux tableaux, les principales questions en insistant particulièrement sur l'actualité. Le lecteur y trouvera de nombreuses définitions et les explications permettant de comprendre l'origine, l'utilité, le fonctionnement des institutions et des règles de droit. Cette édition s'adresse d'abord à ceux qui doivent assimiler rapidement l'essentiel pour préparer efficacement examens et concours : . étudiants en première année de Licence en droit ou AES et en IEP ; . étudiants en troisième année de Licence en droit et en Licence d'administration publique ; . candidats au CRFPA ; . candidats aux concours administratifs de catégorie A ou B. Il est également destiné aux étudiants en Master 1 et 2 qui doivent actualiser rapidement leurs connaissances et aux étudiants étrangers. Il s'adresse enfin aux citoyens soucieux de mieux s'informer.
