Zdařené a nezdařené restituce v zemědělství

Abstract

V tomto článku se autorka zajímá o pozitivní i negativní důsledky restituční politiky v zemědělském sektoru České republiky. Důraz přitom klade především na sociální aspekt restitucí a soustředí se zejména na rodiny nejvíce zasažené vyvlastněním. Na základě terénního výzkumu konstatuje, že restituční zákon z let 1991 a 1992 se nesetkal s velkým úspěchem, neboť již nedokázal obnovit tradiční instituci selského gruntu.
