Rozvoj vlastnictví nemovitostí v ruských městech

Abstract

Otázka vlastnictví nemovitostí se v Rusku v mnoha ohledech jeví jako klíčový moment přechodu od sovětského systému k ekonomice liberálního typu. Dochází k ní přesto v podmínkách velmi odlišných od podmínek v jiných bývalých socialistických zemích. Nejedná se totiž o obnovu či znovunastolení starých práv, neboť na období před rokem 1945 navázat nelze. Vlastnictví nemovitostí, které před sovětským obdobím existovalo jen velmi poskrovnu a zejména ve městech, zde musí být vytvořeno prakticky od základů, přinejmenším v pojetí známém ze západních zemí. V tomto článku se Marc Bonneville zabývá zavedením vlastnictví nemovitostí západního typu v zemi, která v tomto ohledu nemá vytvořenu tradici. Zajímá se přitom v první řadě o dědictví socialismu, dále o proces privatizace nemovitostí a také o privatizaci půdy.
