Abstract

Les métiers de primo intervention comportent d'importantes exigences émotionnelles au travail, facteurs de RPS, impliquant des émotions de valence et d'intensité variables. Face au poids de ces exigences, quelles sont les ressources dont disposent les policiers ? Quel est le rôle du management et de la GRH dans l'incorporation et la mobilisation de leurs compétences émotionnelles ? Cette recherche fait apparaître les vertus de la mise en vigilance du policier. Les professionnels de la fonction RH ont un rôle à jouer concernant la santé et la qualité d'intervention, en permettant aux policiers d'acquérir et d'affûter ces indispensables ressources individuelles et collectives.
