Abstract

L'ensemble des recherches sur la logistique durable révèle une grande diversité de domaines d'applications. On trouve tout particulièrement des travaux sur les thèmes de la gestion des déchets, la logistique verte, la logistique inversée, l'éco-conception ou encore la réduction des émissions de gaz à effet-de-serre (GES) à travers une rationalisation et une massification des tournées de transport… mais, les réflexions relatives à la définition d'innovation logistique durable sont peu traitées. Peut-être faut-il y voir en cela une difficulté à en délimiter les contours ? L'objet de ce chapitre est de tenter de définir une innovation logistique durable, et pour cela une première approche d'étude de cas d'un prestataire logistique qui se définit en logistique durable innovante est faite. Les résultats montreront que « répondre » à une définition d'une innovation durable en logistique n'est pas aussi aisée que cela.
