Abstract

Depuis le début des années 2000, les politiques de formation tout au long de la vie se développent et chacun doit pouvoir à tout moment de sa vie accéder à l'éducation. Face à ce mouvement de réforme des contenus et des modalités d'accès à la formation, les frontières se brouillent entre éducation, formation et travail mais aussi entre adultes apprenants et étudiants réguliers. Avant de rendre compte pour ces deux types de publics du flou des frontières entre Formation initiale et Formation continue et des débats associés en France, nous proposons d'analyser la manière dont le problème des frontières est traité dans les comparaisons internationales sur la formation continue dans les établissements d'enseignement supérieur. Et quelle question politique pose-t-il ?
