Abstract

Si les constitutionnalistes semblent rejeter les finances publiques, discipline technique réservée à des initiés, leur vision semble, en réalité plus nuancée. Elle varie dans le temps et selon les pays en fonction de la place des finances publiques dans les Constitutions nationales. Depuis la crise financière de 2008/2009, les constitutionnalistes s'intéressent davantage aux finances publiques car ils prennent conscience de l'influence des finances publiques sur l'ordre juridique constitutionnel. La crise aura ainsi eu le mérite de rapprocher à nouveau deux disciplines voisines.
