Abstract

Ce manuel accessible et ancré dans le réel présente les fondamentaux du management et de la gestion conformément aux pratiques d'enseignement en licence et bachelor. Des exercices variés et progressifs (qcm, cas d'entreprise, questions de réflexion, activités) dont les corrigés se trouvent en fin d'ouvrage complètent le livre. Quelles logiques et quelles démarches de création d'une entreprise ? Quels objectifs, quelle vision et quelles stratégies pour assurer son développement ? Quelle structure pour organiser l'entreprise ? Comment optimiser la gestion financière ? Comment motiver et épanouir les hommes et les femmes de l'entreprise ? Quels systèmes d'information pour relever les enjeux technologiques de demain ? Quels liens mettre en place avec le client au travers du marketing ? Alliant théorie et pratique, ce manuel met l'accent sur l'acquisition des connaissances, des méthodes et des compétences indispensables à tout étudiant pour réussir son DUT, sa Licence ou son Bachelor. Il propose : des situations concrètes pour introduire les concepts ; un cours visuel et illustré par des exemples pour acquérir les connaissances fondamentales en management ; des conseils méthodologiques pour traduire la théorie en pratique ; des exercices progressifs et variés (QCM, études de cas, activités) et leurs corrigés détaillés pour s'évaluer et s'entraîner. De nombreux exemples et cas d'entreprises, abordés en profondeur (Ryanair, Orange, Nespresso, Google, Babolat, Air France, Netflix, AdopteUnMec.com, Tesla, Monoprix, Volkswagen, Inditex, etc.), permettent de concrétiser le lien entre concepts académiques et pratiques du management.
