Abstract

L'entreprise d'État chinoise originelle est définie comme une « forme sociale » particulière. L'objectif de ce travail est l'analyse des transformations de cette forme tout au long des vingt années de réformes des années 1970 à la fin des années 1990. Chacune de ces formes sociales s'intègre et même présuppose une certain type d'économie et un certain type d'organisation sociale. Ce sont ces relations entre les caractéristiques essentielles de la forme sociale et celles de la société globale que nous tentons d'analyser.
