Les effets de l’insertion d’un Serious Games dans un dispositif de formation sur l’engagement et la créativité des équipes. Premiers résultats d'une recherche-action

Abstract

Cet article présente les premiers résultats d'une recherche-intervention portant sur les effets de l'intégration d'un Serious Game (SG) dans un dispositif de formation. Cette expérimentation a été auprès de 59 étudiants de Licence 3 de Langues Etrangères Appliquées (LEA), dans le domaine du management de projet. Elle retrace la création d'un dispositif évolutif et «multidimensionnel » intégrant un SG de gestion de projet, combinant virtuel et réel, distance et présence. Ces différentes dimensions et modalités variées ont permis de renforcer l'apprentissage de nos étudiants. L'expérimentation menée permet de constater un effet positif entre le choix d'un dispositif multi-niveaux et l'apprentissage par le travail collectif, par plus d'engagement, de créativité et un changement relationnel progressif entre étudiants et enseignants-accompagnateurs. Deux effets directs s'ajoutent : la satisfaction des étudiants et la perméabilité de l'usage des TIC entre sphères privée et professionnalisante.
