Abstract

Les réflexions sur le mode de comptabilisation de la valeur et sur la toute-puissance du chiffre dans les politiques publiques se sont accompagnées du développement d'une série d'indicateurs livrant une vision "alternative" de la richesse. Assise sur le constat d'une très forte hétérogénéité des travaux dans le champ des indicateurs, la thèse s'intéresse aux transformations en termes de rationalisation scientifique et politique associées à de telles constructions. Abordée sous l'angle pragmatique des changements à l'oeuvre dans une expérimentation locale, cette analyse repose sur une recherche-action menée dans l'agglomération grenobloise visant à construire des Indicateurs de bien-être soutenable territorialisés (IBEST).
