Abstract

La description des processus, si elle n'est pas obligatoire dans la norme, n'en est pas moins souvent utile pour permettre la transmission des « secrets de fabrication ». La méthode proposée dans ces quelques pages s'articule autour d'un procédé qui consiste d'abord dans une définition et une formalisation des objectifs stratégiques de l'organisation.
