Abstract

Ce numéro spécial propose un ensemble de contributions théoriques et empiriques sur les politiques de concurrence et les régulations de marchés. Quels bilans peut-on dresser de l'action des autorités de la concurrence ? Quels sont les nouveaux enjeux concurrentiels et réglementaires ? Quels renouvellements théoriques et méthodologiques viennent modifier l'appréhension de ces questions ? En quoi contribuent-ils à améliorer l'efficacité des politiques de concurrence ? La première partie s'intéresse aux volets classiques de la politique de la concurrence (ententes, fusions) et aux apports de la théorie des jeux, de l'économie comportementale et de la théorie des marchés bifaces. La seconde partie se penche sur certains secteurs (marchés des télécommunications, marchés de haute technologie, marchés de l'énergie, secteur pharmaceutique, professions d'avocat) et illustre les difficultés de concilier la politique de la concurrence avec d'autres politiques publiques (politique industrielle, politique d'innovation, propriété intellectuelle, politique environnementale, etc.).
