Abstract

L'information non financière est souvent considérée comme complémentaire aux états financiers car elle permet notamment de mieux rendre compte des facteurs participant à la création de valeur. Pour autant, la définition et le périmètre de cette information ne sont pas clairement établis. Cette étude, basée sur une analyse du contenu de l'ensemble des publications recensées sur ce thème entre 1980 et 2012, vise donc à mettre en évidence les caractéristiques de l'information non financière afin d'en fournir une définition.
