Abstract

Ce chapitre vise à analyser les liens entre le statut des Scop et la capacité de ces entreprises à analyser les liens entre le statut des Scop et la capacité de ces entreprises à favoriser des innovations "multidimentionnelles". La problématique retenue est donc la suivante : en quoi les principes juridiques et de gouvernance propres aux SCOP représentent un levier central des innovations, envisagées dans leur grande diversité ? Et d'où découle la dynamique d'innovations propre aux Scop, avec quels freins et limites ? La réflexion menée sur ces questions se déroulera en trois temps. Nous reviendrons sur le cadrage juridique propre aux Scop et sur les approches des économists standards. Nous développerons ensuite l'idée que les Scop sont porteuses de dynamiques d'innovations multidimentionnelles à relier à leur gouvernance particulière marquée par la "participation" au sens large. Enfin, nous identifions les principaux leviers et freins aux dynamiques d'innovations de ce type d'entreprises.
