Abstract

Les théories de la firme et leurs prolongements dans la gouvernance ne semblent pas beaucoup étudier le rôle des salariés et des organisations syndicales dans les gestions des entreprises. Toutefois un petit nombre de théories leurs accordent un rôle dans le contrôle des décisions des dirigeants ou la proposition de mesures aptes à influencer ces décisions. Le pouvoir se partage difficilement mais la coopération entre parties pourrait solutionner les conflits d' intérêts. A partir des cas de la Cgt et de la Cfdt , étudiés entre 1945 et les années 80 , nous montrons que le souhait d ' intervenir dans les gestions a été plus ou moins intense selon l'organisation syndicale et la période, pour aboutir à un consensus dans les années 80. De la simple discussion à la cogestion, les modalités d'intervention ont fluctué pour converger vers un syndicalisme de propositions. Juge ou partie, les organisations syndicales doivent se positionner.
