Abstract

Face au ralentissement économique structurel de l'Europe de l'Ouest accentué par la dernière crise internationale, la Suisse cherche à diversifier ses partenaires financiers en se projetant notamment vers la Chine. Cependant, le renforcement des liens monétaires et financiers entre ces deux pays pourrait être dangereux aussi bien pour la Chine que pour la Suisse en raison du débouclage actuel du carry-trade. Cet article cherche ainsi à remettre en question les potentialités offertes par l'économie chinoise, en insistant notamment sur les faiblesses majeures de celle-ci susceptibles de rejaillir sur un pays partenaire tel que la Suisse.
