Abstract

L'approche design science fournit aux chercheurs en SI un cadre méthodologique rigoureux leur permettant de concevoir des artefacts pour répondre aux problèmes concrets d'acteurs du terrain. Cependant, dans le cas de conception innovante, appréhender les besoins et attentes des acteurs du terrain apparaît déjà, dès les premiers moments du projet de design, comme un problème en soi et pouvant compromettre le succès de l'artefact créé. Dans cette perspective, nous proposons de renforcer les méthodologies de design science par la méthode des scénarios. À cette fin, nous proposons une méthode des scénarios d'usage qui prend en considération à la fois les connaissances des usagers futurs sur leurs pratiques et le contexte plus large dans lequel ces pratiques prennent corps et se développent. Ces scénarios viennent alors compléter les étapes classiques des démarches méthodologiques de design science.
