Abstract

Cette contribution contrevient à l'idée du caractère séquentiel ou progressif du lien entre la production et la circulation des savoirs, encore présente dans le champ de l'architecture et de l'urbanisme. L'élaboration, la capitalisation et la diffusion des savoirs peuvent se faire simultanément dans un même espace, celui du projet urbain ou celui de l'action publique locale. Les terrains montrent qu'il y a bien une approche organisationnelle de l'apprentissage dans certains projets d'écoquartiers. Celle-ci mobilise à la fois des dimensions structurelles et interactionnelles. Si la volonté d'expérimenter de nouvelles pratiques est forte, la capacité d'inscrire les intentions ou les progressions réalisées, en termes de savoirs et savoir-faire, dans des formes stabilisées, éventuellement reproductibles, est encore largement au stade du balbutiement. En effet, la gestion des processus d'apprentissage est complexe et incertaine. Elle comporte de nombreux écueils dont témoignent les abandons fréquents de dispositifs et de démarches.
