Abstract

Face à des défis mettant en cause leur raison d'être, les banques coopératives se doivent d'innover et d'envisager des modalités de management leur permettant de capitaliser sur leurs points forts et notamment, l'engagement des sociétaires. Cette communication vise à répondre à la question suivante : Comment des projets de CS, portés par un établissement coopératif, permettent-ils de renforcer significativement l'engagement de ses sociétaires ?
