Abstract

Observing that network strategies are not formally in the strategic culture of Algerian companies, whatever the size (between firms belonging to the same region, the same country or at international ) the thesis of this article considers instead that this inter- organizational form would be a primary source of development and performance for these Algerian firms. This exploratory research is a first step to focus on difficulties that do not allow Algerian companies to develop into networks and then discuss the reasons that encourage greater use of public-private partnerships in Algeria. The exploitation of all this information enables us to offer some recommendations to encourage Algerian companies to tend more towards the form network to grow in the future.
