Hacia una propuesta de Ordenamiento Territorial para Melipilla, Chile

Abstract

El presente libro se basa fundamentalmente en la memoria para obtener el título de geógrafo por parte del autor (año 2007) con varios de sus elementos actualizados. Este se desarrolla en tres apartados: el primero contiene la problemática, el método, el marco conceptual y legal. Luego muestra el diagnóstico territorial de Melipilla basado en las fortalezas, debilidades, oportunidades y amenazas, para tener un conocimiento acabado del área estudiada. Posteriormente se hace una propuesta de Ordenamiento Territorial, en el que se desarrollan los lineamientos estratégicos de la comuna (imagen-objetivo), se proponen las áreas de planificación territorial y se definen los usos propuestos a través de la Evaluación Multicriterio-Multiobjetivo.
