Abstract

Dans ce chapitre nous cherchons à délimiter, après s'être interrogés sur les conditions qui régissent les marchés de la Nouvelle Economie au regard de celles que l'on attribue habituellement à la concurrence pure, les diverses formes d'organisation industrielle qu'induisent les divers business models propres au commerce électronique. Nous montrons sur quels arguments repose le processus concurrentiel entre firmes installées de l'économie traditionnelle et celles nouvellement entrées sur les marchés de la Nouvelle Economie. Nous indiquons ensuite pour quelles raisons le commerce électronique implique de repenser les frontières de la firme et celles des marchés dès lors que ceux-ci se caractérisent par une prise en compte spécifique de diverses formes de connaissances.
