Abstract

Ce chapitre met au jour le concept de Responsabilités Sociales Inter-Firmes (RSIF) forgé par Baudry et Chassagnon qui s'applique aux grandes firmes-réseaux multinationales. Il montre que dans ces structures les frontières organisationnelles sont fragmentées et les contrats collectifs éclatés si bien que les enjeux juridiques et institutionnels sont les garants de l'émergence d'une nouvelle forme de régulation – une nouvelle forme de "devoir de vigilance" pour faire échos aux débats actuels.
