Abstract

Cet article présente un outil de valorisation des projets (OVP) au service de la gouvernance de l'entreprise. Celle-ci doit en effet, au delà de la satisfaction des actionnaires, prendre en compte d'autres paramètres pour assurer la pérennité de l'activité
