Abstract

L'adaptation à l'environnement concurrentiel et à la technologie constitue un défi constant pour l'entreprise. A cet égard, le dirigeant élabore des réponses à travers l'adoption de décisions découlant du diagnostic stratégique. Mais la réussite de la stratégie ne peut se concevoir sans la maîtrise des leviers qui vont accompagner le changement au sein de l'organisation. La diversité croissante du personnel, l'émergence des NTIC, la nouvelle donne en matière de gouvernance sont autant d'enjeux qui font du management des organisations une tâche toujours plus complexe. Après le succès de Cas en management stratégique - Autour du diagnostic, cet ouvrage explore les multiples facettes de la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie dans l'entreprise. Il propose une mise en pratique des concepts et outils fondamentaux du management stratégique, à travers 11 cas d'entreprises ancrés dans l'actualité des affaires (Kodak, Transports Girard, Zurich Financial Services, MAIF, Autoroute 25 Montréal-Laval, Platini, France Télécom, Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile, Free, France Télécom-Orange, Danone-Wahaha).
