La résilience des territoires dans la production de connaissances codifiées

Abstract

Nous proposons dans cet article des indicateurs de la résilience dynamique des territoires fondés sur les enseignements de la théorie de la dominance économique. Nous les appliquons à l'étude de la structure des échanges interterritoriaux des connaissances sur le marché américain des technologies sur la période 1975-1999. Nous vérifions la proposition selon laquelle les spécialisations cognitives des territoires se transforment plus rapidement que la position relative des territoires entre eux en matière de production des connaissances technologiques.
