Abstract

Entretenir le sens de la coopération est l'une des compétences « douces » des managers. Cette étude exploratoire s'inscrit dans le cadre d'une recherche doctorale et vise à décrire comment la façon de se comporter et la manière de penser des managers sont influencées par le souvenir de situations déjà vécues dans la vie quotidienne. Nous nous appuierons sur les travaux de Schugurensky (2007) concernant l'apprentissage informel, l'intentionnalité et la conscience que l'on peut considérer comme des indicateurs de différentes formes d'apprentissage informel. L'objectif de cette communication étant de présenter les données recueillies à partir des dossiers d'inscription au CNAM MBA1 non seulement les récits des candidats mais également les commentaires de leurs employeurs.
