La reconstruction des économies post-socialistes -expériences et problèmes

Abstract

Dans ce compte-rendu, l'auteur résume ses propres opinions sur la problématique de la reconstruction d'un système économique dans les pays post-socialistes et ce sur la base des expériences hongroises. Il distingue tout d'abord cette reconstruction des réformes économiques des années soixante, soixante-dix et quatre-vingt, et traite ensuite de la privatisation, en tant que principal problème de la reconstruction de l'économie. Troisièmement, il s'intéresse aux problèmes de la reconstruction du système de sécurité sociale. Enfin, il examine les possibilités de venir à bout de la récession et de retrouver la croissance.
