Abstract

Ce 14ème numéro de la « Note de l'Observatoire de l'Habitat » aborde une dimension encore mal connue de la dynamique résidentielle du Luxembourg, à savoir la mobilité résidentielle des actifs résidents du Grand- Duché vers l'un des pays limitrophes. Dans un premier temps, l'exploitation de l'ensemble de la base de contact permet de dresser un panorama du phénomène, tant au niveau des caractéristiques des migrants qu'au niveau des processus géographiques. Dans un second temps, l'analyse d'une enquête met en évidence les motifs du départ, les conditions de logement avant/après le déménagement, la satisfaction des personnes et, le cas échéant, les raisons d'un retour effectif ou souhaité au Luxembourg.
