Abstract

Les fusions-acquisitions (FA) sont des opérations complexes qui demandent un grand engagement. Elles sont un mode de développement couramment utilisé par les entreprises, bien qu'elles ne permettent pas toujours d'atteindre les objectifs fixés. La phase d'intégration est souvent déterminante en raison de la réorganisation des structures et des problématiques culturelles qu'elle engendre. De par sa capacité à influencer les stratégies des entreprises, le contrôle de gestion peut constituer un outil d'intégration. Ce papier se propose d'étudier le rôle stratégique du contrôle de gestion dans le processus d'intégration des FA internationales et l'illustre par le cas d'une entreprise multinationale.
